"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"The view from the rooftop terrace is wonderful. The apartment itself is great. It met all of our needs. The communication with the owners was easy, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. "Gianni and his wife were lovely hosts in this quiet respite of a location near Lago Maggiore. We had a short stay but hope to return soon. The apartment is spacious and very clean. You have everything you need but a car is suggested for getting groceries or visiting the nearby villages."

It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here.
