"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "

The estate has multiple pools, but with the beautiful sea and beach just 100m away, who needs them? The host was great with communication and even allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost. "The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!"

Alicante - hotel and city - well worth the trip!

Comfortable hotel handy for airport.

"Stopover before morning flight. Stayed here several times, always good. The only negative point is no bedside lights in room. Some rooms have them but last three stays here, the rooms haven’t had them. A bit annoying having to use the very bright ceiling lights to read in bed. Apart from that, it’s very good."

"I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but how wrong I was! The hotel reception was welcoming and we were able to check in early as we had a very early flight! The room was light, airy and clean. It had good heating to take the chill off the February air! All in all, a great location and would certainly book again if staying in Alicante!"
