Bring tablecloths, canovars, beach towels and lots of curiosity, will be an unforgettable vacation!

Beaches:
The town of Novigrad has structured all around the flat rocks peninsula with predispositions every 100/200 meters to facilitate entry into the water.
These beaches are free, at the disposal of the town, while for a fee (about 100kn per day) you can have two umbrellas, or even romantic gazebos.
At about 600 mt from the apartment there is an establishment with a beach of pebbles and umbrellas of straw (as you see in the photos) or wooden structures (see photo), and there are swimming pools with sea water and here also the possibility To rent sun loungers and umbrellas (see photo).

Close to a 10 out of a 10(!) - Simply Fabulous!
Clean, Cosy, and the "close to a 10" is not a "full 10" for extremely minor reasons. Like: - Well its an older building, in the heart of town, and them Venetians who designed these cities either were much smaller built than us today, or stronger, or both(!) :-) Staircase is narrow, but the peace and tranquility once you are up there is impossible to match! :-) - The only way one could beat the greatness of the terrace would be, if it had sea-view ...but looking into them old trees, especially in the early morning hours, is everything you could expect from a place where to lay your head! - Terrace is also very spacy, well equipped, and the only thing missing, really missing once it gets hot, is some sort of shade. So either have your breakfast really early - or eat it inside.... But eveings? Simply lovely! So, you see, any, even remotely possible, "complaints" do boil down to "complaining on a very high level"! ::: The only "real complaint" we would have had, was, that OUR vacation was too short! ::: Our summary: (1) Book early(!) - there are close to no other offers in this beautiful town that can match this one! (2) Stay as long as you possibly can! Novigrad has a LOT(!) to offer - like since last year, some of the best ice-cream I ever had(!) .....just a few steps from the apartment!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Novigrad
Wohnung war sehr schön. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Beistellbett und Hochstuhl für Kleinkind bei Bedarf verfügbar. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Wir fanden das Männerkrakele, in der Bar gegenüber der Stadtmauer jeden Abend, für sehr störend. Das Parken ist schwierig und war vorher nicht erwähnt. Das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse war defekt und tagsüber konnte man sich dort nicht aufhalten 😞.

Die bisher beste Lage und schönste Wohnung die wir in Novigrad hatten. Die Tachterasse und das schöne Ambiente sind der Highlight. Alles in Laufentfernung und auch bei warmen Tagen durch die Steinmauern gut im der Temperatur. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft

Hervorragend
Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in der -verkehrsberuhigten- Altstadt von Novigrad und bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Verschiedene Strände sind fußlaufig gut zu erreichen, in der kleinen Stadt gibt es viel zu sehen und zu entdecken. Und es gibt Restaurants "für jeden Geldbeutel". Die Ferienwohnung hat besonderen Charme, verläuft über zwei Etagen und besticht mit ihrer ruhigen Dachterrasse. Wir würden gern wieder Gäste dort sein!

Immer wieder gern
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Wir haben einige Tage ganz auf das Auto verzichten Können da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage ist sehr hilfreich an heißen Tagen. Der Ort ist mediterran und sehr schön. Wir würden wieder gern hier Urlaub machen.☀️😎👍🏻

Familie aus Deutschland
Die Lage ist sehr zentral im Zentrum. Allerdings war das Parken außerhalb etwas schwierig da nur wenig Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Wohnung war sauber und für 3Personen sehr geräumig. Bäckerei ist um die Ecke. Zum schöneren Strand sind es ca. 10 min. zu Fuß, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Allerdings sollte man sich die Mühe machen und nach Porec zum deutschen Supermarkt zu gehen. Konzum und Plodine sind absolut überteuert!!! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder:)

Zentral und idyllisch
Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Novigrad in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Ambiente. Die Dachterasse ist einfach nur schön. Fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen (Restaurants, Einkauf, Bummeln etc.) und Novigrad sehr zentral als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge ins Umland.

Perfect Location and clean and comfy apartment
Super friendly and well organized host who provides helpful information for parking and beaches in the area and also gave us some nice recommendation where to eat authentic in Novigrad. Check-In and Check-out was easy to go. Novigrad is super sweet for couples as well as Families. The apartment made our 5-day stay perfect. It's clean and welcoming, we immediately felt like home. We enjoyed the two bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen and especially the inviting balcony for morning coffe or playing cards in the evening. The appartment has AC so you can chill down on hot hot summerdays and can also be full shaded if you like to have siesta. The location of the apartment is in the center of Novigrad an everything you look for or need is in walking distance. If you are like me an need a thicker blanket I recommend to bring bedcloths. We already miss dolce vita in Cittanova and can't wait to come back.

Zentrale Stadtwohnung mit Dachterasse
Wir waren 1 Woche in Novingrad - Vermieterin top organisiert es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir waren mit einem 14jährigen in der obersten Wohnung mit einer superschönen Dachterasse. Man kann fussläufig alles erreichen - Geschäfte, Restaurants und das Meer. Es hat uns super gefallen - ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Tage in Novigrad
Wir hatten die Wohnung mit der tollen Dachterrasse die sich perfekt zum frühstücken und für den Absacker nach dem man in diesem kleinen wunderschönen Fischerort toll zu Abend gegessen hat, eignet. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön urig eingerichtet und hat durch die Natursteinwände einen tollen mediterranen Flair. Die Lage ist überragend, man ist in 5 Minuten quasi überall. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super besser geht es nicht ! An dieser Stelle noch mal vielen, vielen Dank für alles liebe Frederica :-)

Tolle Ferienwohnung im Centrum von Novigrad
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jungs, haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und liegt mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Novigrad. Der Lärm der umliegenden Bars hat uns nicht gestört. Das Meer mit Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Schade, dass es nur einen Pool direkt am Meer gab. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Kommen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen Novigrads
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung der Wohnung war für 4 Personen genau richtig und jeden Abend haben wir den Tag auf der schönen Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Dass es auch abends aufgrund der umliegenden Bars noch etwas lauter war, hat uns nicht gestört. Novigrad selbst ist wirklich herrlich. Schöner Flair und tolle Restaurants. Und zum Glück nicht so viel Trubel wie in Rovinj oder Poric. Rundum ein toller Urlaub mit einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in nettem kleinem Ort
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone des netten Örtchen Novigrad. Das Auto muss leider außerhalb geparkt werden. Wir haben Zone 3 gewählt, ca. 10 min Fußweg. Kosten für 2 Wochen 80 €. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon benötigt noch einen Sonnenschutz. Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind in der Umgebung genügend vorhanden. Nur die angrenzende Straße mit den lauten Kneipen stört, jeden Abend gab es dort laute Musik und Partylärm bis in die die frühen Morgenstunden. Frederica, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Abwicklung hat gut funktioniert. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Sie ist im zweiten Stockwerk gelegen. Sie ist sehr schön im istrischen Stil eingerichtet. Im unteren Stock ist der Aufenthaltsraum die Küche und ein Bad zudem ein kleiner Balkon. Im oberen Stockwerk ist ein weiteres Bad und das grosse Schlafzimmer mit grossem Balkon. Dort hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten dort eingenommen! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden sofort wieder dort hingehen. Federica (die Vermieterin) ist auch sehr freundlich und war uns am Ankunftstag eine sehr große Hilfe.

Sehr nette Wohnung in der Altstadt von Novigrad, tolle Dachterrasse, super zentral gelegen
Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren zwei großen Töchtern (12J und 15 J) im Urlaub. Beide haben unten im Wohnbereich auf dem Schlafsofa (zwei eigene Matratzen) geschlafen. Positive Eindrücke: nette, saubere Wohnung mit Charme (insgesamt sind drei Ferienwohnungen im Reihenhaus); Alles neu renoviert; große Dachterrasse; schöne kleine saubere Stadt; viele nette Geschäfte und Restaurants; Supermarkt und Bäckerei in der Nähe; Meer zum Baden sehr nah; bis Pula und Rovinj ca. 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit, sehr nette Vermieterin. Negative Eindrücke (die uns aber nicht gestört haben!) auf der Dachterrasse war es morgens sehr heiß, wir haben im Wohnbereich gefrühstückt, Vermieter überlegen sich noch eine Lösung z.B. Sonnenschirm; Wohnbereich, Küchenbereich und Schlafbereich offen, keine Trennung durch Türen; Wohnbereich etwas dunkel, abends eventuell Musik von den umliegenden Bars, keine kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe, Wir haben auf eine Supermarkt Parkplatz ca. 10 Min entfernt umsonst geparkt.
