"Não tenho nada a reclamar da estadia, lugar super aconchegante, ar condicionado funcionando bem, tudo certinho, a única coisa que tenho a reclamar é sobre os funcionários da recepção, não são muito simpáticos e nem dão informações das estadias como por exemplo não explicam como funciona o café da manhã se você não perguntar! "The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly ."

"I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. "We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything"
