Review of the Hotel Everything was absolutely amazing, probably the best buffet I’ve ever been to. The service was incredible, and a special thanks to our waiter Alonso—he is simply the best! The hotel has been renovated and is even better than before. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, and the ocean was magical! This was our 6th visit, and we will gladly come back again! Thank you so much for 4 nights in paradise.

This property is Extremely clean! I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness! It is also very well maintained. Nothing was falling apart like I have seen in other hotels, especially the pool tiles in other hotels in Puerto Vallarta were always falling off, and some stairs and walkways were falling apart in other hotels. this hotel was recently updated and everything is in great condition! The restaurants for dinner were lacking in variety and quality at times. The desserts especially were not well done unfortunately. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good. lots of variety. The entertainment was not good…except for the Michael Jackson show. That show was very well done! A few things that would prevent me from staying again were NO UMBRELLAS for shade on the beach. just some palm trees which didn’t provide enough shade. CARDS needed to get beach towels and you must return your towels every day or you will be charged! I appreciated the checkout process as it went very smoothly and they did generously allow us to keep our wristbands on for an extra 15 minutes to go to the café in the lobby while waiting for our taxi! Overall, a nice relaxing stay with a few improvements needed…

It’s my 5 th time in the hotel 2nd after the renovation love the property and the workers are so friendly and welcoming. The only thing I can tell is price s in the spa and in the store are why why over price with all the respect,we come to spend and enjoy but we are not stupid to pay overprice for massage or they or sunscreen.
