"beautiful location but inefficient management. Rooms are falling apart- resort is too big to manage by the staff they have at hand. the most difficult part is that they take away your car at the entrance and then you have to rely on a shuttle bus that runs only one in 30 minutes to get to you car or any other place in the resort - such as the beach; parking; food options; animal area."

"Fantastic accommodation! Carla the hostess had thought about everything, down to the very detail with a charging station with cable for different kinds of devices beside the bed to giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. She was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us throughout the visit. The room it self had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. It is a walking distance to the old town and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
