Our daughters get a children’s welcome pack which they love and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. "Check-in took a bit of confusion as they gave us a room where another guest was already there. It was embarassing. After that they gave us a different room. Second day the plug points alone stopped working but they rectified it in 15 min. Otherwise it is fine."
