We stayed here for 11 nights and overall, enjoyed our stay. The suites were in need of an update but they were large and it was lovely to have a separate breakfast area (although it had less options than the main one) and pool for this block. The main pools in the hotel were also great and the fake beaches were a hit with our children. There were plenty of activities at the kids club. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite, and the transport desk was helpful in organising any day trips which we wanted to do. We did however find that the hotel restaurants were not as good as other local restaurants. Dishes were often lacking in the flavour which we expected. We also paid for a "fire dance" buffet which promised 45 minutes of entertainment and plenty of vegetarian options. It was unfortunately underwhelming and there were only four vegetarian options out of countless meat dishes.

Conrad Bali is an exceptional resort. It's so huge, you don't need to go outside of the property. Aside from a day trip to Ubud, we stayed the entire week in Conrad Bali. Our room overlooked the beach. The buildings were surrounded by swimming pools. There is no shortage of things to do. And the staff was incredible. They are at your service even before you think about them. If I go back to Bali, it will be because of this property.

We love staying here, this time we booked a Deluxe Lagoon Room, it was magical waking up each morning to the lagoon and sunrise. Room was spacious and close to the restaurant for breakfast. On arrival, my daughter was unwell and the staff were super hospitable in checking in on us if we needed a dr or other services. So nice and we were so grateful. Lots of weddings happened during our stay which we loved as there were fireworks on some evenings - which amazed the kids! The facilities are super well kept considering the resort is ~20years old now, and we would keep coming back because we think all the staff are super friendly, helpful and genuinely like working here. Not associated with Conrad, but there are also easy options for massages on the beach (well priced for an hour), or for water sports (jet skis, parasailing etc) just, go at your own risk. Not far to the airport and a very comfortable resort to just pass the days away lounging in the sun - if that’s your thing!

The property was confusing with not enough maps to get by. Food was not fresh and our stomach went bad. The room had to be changed as there was a bad smell from the bathroom. We were compensated by being given another room with 2 complimentary beverages even though at the time of room change our beverages were promised to be completely free and unlimited during the dining. Bad experience, will not recommend for the price.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Conrad Bali. We are a family of 6 with 9yo, 6yo, 4yo and 11mo and we were hosted brilliantly with ease of access to facilities and food options. We will be back with our friends and family! Highly recommend!

They had two weddings going on there during my stay. Felt like they were accommodating the wedding guests more than other guests. The night of the celebrations you can hear the loud music, which disrupted my sleep. Didn’t care for their customer service. Also they have no mattress protection on their mattress which grosses me out.

Family friendly resort. A good mix of adults and kids, which means it is not overly crowded with kids that the adults can’t enjoy. Great view, great pool areas, clean, direct access to the beach, awesome breakfast buffet with lots of local fruits and food to try. Exceptional service!! There isn’t much outside of the hotel, except for a few spas (which were great), and local restaurants. Just a 10mins drive to better restaurants and cafes. Daily shuttle to Bali Collection Shopping Mall. Kids club is quite small and may not suit kids older than 5 years old. Not all kids activities are inclusive. Have to book ahead for onsite Japanese and Seafood restaurant, otherwise, be prepared to dine only at 8.30pm, which is not great if you have young kids. Overall, the hotel met our expectations. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!!!

Beautiful hotel and staff
We had an amazing 4 nights here. Rooms were spacious, excellent condition and super clean. We had a lagoon access room which was super convenient for our family. All pools were clean and very well maintained. Staff couldn't do enough for you, always making sure you had everything you needed and even remembering our names. Lots of small restaurants and shops, day spas and laundrys right outside the hotel. An excellent end to our Bali holiday
