Staying at this property was an incredible experience all around - the food and drink options were plentiful and did not have a bad experience in any of the on-site restaurants. Exceptional buffet with vast amount of choice on offer. On demand freshly squeezed juice. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. One thing to note about the room was that we found it smell a bit damped. Would be better if they had a scented dehumidifier to make the room smell nicer. Very nice and massive property in Nusa Dua Staff excellent Room excellent, bring your chargers; no USB charging outlet in the room Monkeys will come on your balcony while you are eating breakfast. Location is not very accessible to town/ shopping area like Seminyak. On the same street as other 5 star hotels. No motor bike rentals nearby. Will need to take taxis when you leave the property unless you like to walk a lot. Overall, excellent place to stay and relax.
