"Odaya girdiğinizde o tarihin kokusunu alabilirsiniz. İlgi alakadan çok memnun kaldık, otel sahibi bizi çok iyi karşıladı çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamız tertemizdi, klima var ama zaten oda aşırı sıcaklarda bile çok serin oluyor. Mardin ayaklarınızın altında, terasında kahvenizi keyifle için. "

"A notre arrivée sur place, réservations annulées !(3 nuitées). La dame de la réception n'était vraiment pas amène L'adresse de l'hôtel sur le site n'est pas l'abonné ( on s'est retrouvés à l'autre bout de la ville au milieu de rien).Bref on s'est retrouvés à la rue à 19h lors d'un week-end de vacances nationales ."

"Such a magical place. They did an incredible job of restoring a historic building and retaining it's original characteristics, while including many comfortable modern features like air conditioning, wifi, and hot water. The staff and host were so incredibly thoughtful, warm and hospitable. I came with my two friends from the US and we all had the most wonderful, memorable, and lovely time. We are all photographers and every angle you looked like a set you would have spent hours planning. We will miss the hotel, the staff, and we will miss Mardin! Hope to be back soon. One thing to note is that it is a bit difficult to get to, but you can call them and hand your phone to the drive for guidance. "

"This was one of our loveliest experiences ever at a hotel. Family owned, kind, attentive, breakfast made by the mother. We could not have asked for a more lovely welcome to Mardin. The rooms are clean and quiet. A/C and wifi work well. This is the type of hotel everyone wishes they could stay at."

"We had a really good stay. Sinan and Yunus were magnificent and were always at hand to help. It is within walking distance to old town centre but there are many stairs which would be challenging for people with mobility problems. Our only problem was that plaster flakes were falling from the ceiling. Tahir bey is a taxi driver who works with the hotel and he is exceptionally trustworthy and reliable for taking you out on a tour of Mardin and surrounds at a great price. "

New hotel but some issues

"A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management. "
