Great location, clean room, friendly staff.

Second time staying here and again I absolutely love it. It’s like staying at the caribe royale at half the price this time being invited to breakfast/tour/etc only to be disinvited immediately was a little insulting and not the best way to start my trip at check in but like my wife said “you’d would have eaten the breakfast grab $100 and then faked a illness and snuck to the pool.

We've stayed at Westgate Properties before and have always had an amazing stay, but unfortunately this particular stay was far from that. First, I arrived at the Resort about 10:30pm to find a line literally wrap around the building, I was told the wait time was about 2.5 hours, that's worse than Disney. Second, the wife arrived around 3am from a 10 hour drive, there was no parking near the building, so she parked out of the way near the curb. Only to find the car tagged for towing for lack of a parking permit. Third, we went to the Ship Wreck water park, tried to order pizza to have delivered pool side as the WGR APP suggests, but to no avail. No one knew the process of ordering the pizza, and after being transferred to several others we were told the pizza parlor doesn't open until 5 and the pool closes at 6pm. Lastly, we were going to finish out the vacation with dinner at Villa Italiano Chophouse, but to our finding after walking there and several other families, they only take reservations, and there was no more that night. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full. Later was informed there was also a dress code.

Very stylish however hard to find entrance and the staff gave us terrible instructions and then was a jerk about it when confronted with it. You have to park in another buildings parking structure.

I really enjoy my stay at your property. This is my husband and I 9th year anniversary and you made our time in Florida so welcoming with your staff and Team. Thankyou so much we will be returning.
