Welcome to the newly remodeled vacation rental on Sunset Beach on Whidbey Island. Our Home has been completely remodeled with the vacation rental guest in mind, providing all the amenities you will need, including air conditioning. As frequent vacation rental guests ourselves, we have gone to great lengths to create a home that's as welcoming and relaxing as possible.
The home itself features high end finishes and luxurious but comfortable design throughout. Outside you'll experience one of the only no bank waterfront beaches on Whidbey Island and perhaps what may be the most unique and spectacular settings on the entire West Coast. To the Southwest you'll see the Olympic Mountains seemingly rising straight from the water, to the West is an unobstructed view all the way to the horizon out the Straight of Juan de Fuca and to the Northwest is Vancouver Island and the San Juan Islands. All viewed literally a few feet from the waters edge. From our deck we have witnessed Orca whales, porpoises, sea otters, harbor seals, bald eagles, great blue herons, leaping salmon and so many species of sea birds we can't even begin to count!
Using our own concrete stairway you can access and walk along the entire beach at low tide and later feel the spray of the waves crashing against the rocks as you lounge in the hot tub.
For no-step access to the beach, you can visit one of the two parks just 1/4 mile in either direction, an easy walk or a short drive. You can easily drive onto Whidbey Island to Waypoint Northwest, and grocery shopping, wine tasting and hiking are all within a 10 minute drive.

- There may be people performing routine services outdoor for Exterior Maintenance during your stay. They would only be outside and will not go inside.
- No lifeguard on duty. Enjoy the water at your own risk
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking. A minimum of $500 will be applied for additional cleaning
- No pets allowed. A minimum of $500 will be applied for additional cleaning
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. Any guest over the maximum occupancy will result in a $200 fine per person, per night
- Maximum 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway and front of the house
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours are strictly enforced, resulting in a $500 fine and eviction
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Video and Audio Monitoring - This property features 2 exterior security cameras: one on the front facing the driveway and one on the back facing outward
- Additional fees for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and vehicles. Failure to comply to the House Rules will result a minimum of $500 post-stay fine and immediate eviction from the property, without a refund
