Quiet, Quaint, and Close to the Beach!

The Ruff Seas was originally built as a fisherman’s cottage after hurricane Hazel. The house is on the woodland side of the island and a quick 7 minute walk to beach. This lot has an extra relaxed feel, as a neighboring lot is undeveloped. The cottage sits back from the street. Behind a picket fence is the porch and it is truly wonderful with floor to ceiling screening and unobstructed views of the flora and fauna.
coming in off the porch you enter a very comfortable and open living area that flows into a huge dining table and kitchen beyond.
There are so many extras..... A Carport to bring the groceries in when it rains or to put new wax on your surfboard. Outdoor shower to rinse off you and the seashells. Gas grill to prepare that fresh caught flounder.
Please come enjoy the pleasures of quiet relaxed island living!

Perfect!!!
This rental was over the top! All the extras made this rental totally fabulous . Of all the rentals we have stayed in for the past few years, this one was exceptionally well equipped to the point we didn’t even have to unpack some of the items we travel with. The unit was clean, listing was spot on. Communication with owner was great. Location was excellent. . I would definitely go back again and again. Perfect little cottage

We Loved It!

Great little getaway
Lovely little place. Very clean and comfortable. Very well provisioned, really quiet location. We did end up driving to the beach just because the main road is so busy and we have two young kids (and parking is free until April 1). We had a great time and would stay again. Especially loved the front porch and all the little toys and puzzles for kids. Thanks Craig!
