"My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. "The Home is VERY well taken care of. The only downside was the parking--There is no onsite parking available.What is available is on street parking in a residential neighborhood."

"We enjoyed our stay! The inside of the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities. The only small complaint is the recycling bin out front was overflowing and because of that there was trash on the ground. "

"We came to Phoenixville for a conference and were grateful for the spacious, comfortable spaces for relaxing after days filled with lectures. All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for light meals and breakfast preparation. Keypad Access was super easy and Tony was just a text away if something was needed. "We spent a week in this lovely home while visiting family in the area and thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautifully appointed and outfitted with all the necessities and even some extras. Lovely yard, surrounded by high hedges which made it feel like you were in a private oasis of green. "I would recommend. I didn't realize it was a shared common area for the kitchen and TV area, with rooms at two levels but I just need to read more carefully. No one else was staying the weekend I was there so it was quiet and I had the place to myself. Narrow, steep stairs to get to the rooms so would caution anyone with mobility concerns. Common areas and my room were all nicely updated. My room had a renovated bathroom within the same unit. It was spacious, comfortable bed, wifi,...

"The house is lovely and well-appointed. The very thoughtful hosts have a wide-range of personal products just in case you forget something (ie new toothbrush). And, they responded immediately to any questions and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely stay here when we return to the Philly area."

"I needed a room for the night, and that’s what I got. It seemed clean, though a bit run down around the property. Wallpaper was peeling throughout the halls, and some bits had fallen from the ceiling. I received no communication prior to my arrival, so I had to contact the host to get into the building. He called me within 10 minutes and walked me through the property to my room, where the door was unlocked and the key was inside. He gave me two door codes, but the one closest to the parking...
