"What a lovely hotel. Stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my brothers birthday. We used the thermal spa experience. Great to use the outside hot tub. Very friendly staff and personable staff. "Room pleasant, well appointed and clean but breakfast wasn’t available (the info said it would be if booked). Bar downstairs didn’t serve food so l went across the road to the Premier Inn for both dinner and breakfast. Close to the ferry terminal which is what l needed. "

"Can be a bit hit or miss with this place some rooms are fine others are not due to noise through the walls (loud Americans)and various fans and extractors being loud. Also the shower was very poor. All in not worth £100 for a night."
