"The property was on the third floor (4th floor for Americans) with no elevator. The kitchen appliances were old. When we arrived, the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. We reported the problem and were given towels to lay on the floor. We thought that maintenance was going to look into the problem while we were out the next day but nothing was done. The best thing about the apartment was its location, which was walkable to shops and restaurants and to the ferry."
