"Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung am Waldrand. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Mountainbike/Fahrradfahren. Wer gern in der Natur unterwegs ist, ist hier genau richtig. Man kann aber auch gut einkaufen (shoppen) gehen. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele. "We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much. "

Disappointing

"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."
