It is quite humid in the apartment, so you have to keep the windows open. "The apartment is in a good location to enjoy a visit to Munich. Tram 17 stops just a few feet from the apartment. An S-Bahn station is only a 10 minute walk away. At the s-Bahn station there is a grocery store and a bakery. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood, Afghan, traditional German, Indian, and Italian. "We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. Great find, Great Front of House Staff

"What a great find in Munich. First off, it's only a couple blocks from München Hbf (Munich Central Train Station) and from the Old Town where you'll see most of the tourist spots. The room was perfect sized for us with a nice walk-in shower. The biggest plus was the staff manning the front of house. Even though check-in/check-out is automated, the front of house staff was unbelievably helpful with getting us the layout of the hotel and of our neighborhood. Highly recommended!"
