Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)"

"Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! "Good place. Restaurant on site great as well. One lady at the front desk was really nice. Thank you. I did not get her name. Delivery of mail was great as well. Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. Gas station on the corner has plenty of groceries and items to stock the apartment. Anything else. Cleaning crew obedient and here when they are needed. I recommend using their gloves...

"I started in one of the larger apartments, which mercifully does not face the busy motorway in the other side of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs."

"Lovely apartment just a few minutes from central Munich. Very comfortable, nice layout with a comfortable bed. Couple of negatives, its a bit noisy in the evenings especially on the Saturday night. The TV would'nt work, I emailed Nena but had no response. All in all nice place, lovely bakery / coffee bar right outside and easy access to the trams to the centre."

"From check-in to check-out things went very smoothly. The room was fine and a typical 3-4 star hotel very close to the main train station. Wi-Fi was fast and free, beds comfortable, laminate flooring, coffee machine but we asked for and received a kettle to make tea etc. Mini bar was overpriced and we did not use. Hanging space was ample for a short break. Ventilation and A/C were fine. Breakfast was quite busy on all days and the hotel seems to be used as a stop-over by coach tours etc....

"We had a very comfortable stay - were able to check/in early after overnight flight. With booking on hotels.com/expedia got nice extras - bottled water in room, free drink each evening. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Common areas very comfortable and inviting. Very close to the central train station/S-U-bahn, trams. 20 min walk to Marienplatz."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was very central to the train station/tram services but at night for 2 young women we felt the street was unsafe to walk down. Couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff however, so friendly and gave great advice. The people on the streets however were very sketchy. "

"In business since 1890, this hotel shows some Old World charm in its public areas. The bar off the lobby is elegant and comfortable. I like that the reception desk has kept the original large room keys hanging up as decoration. The mini fridge in the room is very handy and very cold. The stuff in it is overpriced, but I took all of it out and filled it with my own drinks and snacks. There are multiple grocery options in the small shopping centre about 100 metres from the hotel. Good glassware in the room. Powerful air conditioning cooled the room quickly on a warm day. You can also open the windows for fresh air. In the bathroom you can most easily see the age of the property. Tall, narrow bathtub with one of those swinging plexiglass half doors. Very easy to flood the floor when showering. Also, the hair dryer is one of those absurd units that is attached to the wall, and requires a person to hold down a button to make it run on its one setting. The hotel is right across from the main train station, so there are some marginalized people hanging around the area. As with any big city, you want to be aware of your surroundings when out and about. I was comfortable in this hotel, and would consider staying there again."

Breakfast was quite busy on all days and the hotel seems to be used as a stop-over by coach tours etc. Selection of food was good though and the staff were great. Did not visit the pool or gym. Close to the U-bahn station and main station which is undergoing massive refurbishment. As always with main train stations, there was a more 'seedy' side of people in the area, which made us wary, but no problems encountered to be honest. Happy with the choice."
