"The hotel was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were immaculate, clean and spacious. Location was quiet but walking distance to the city centre. Staff were friendly and accomodating. "

"This was my third stay at this hotel and again I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing I would say is that the decor in the rooms is a bit tired and faded and needs updating. But I would very much recommend this hotel. "

"My only problem with the Room was that the bathroom, instead of having tiling like anyone would expect, used the same floor paneling as the rest of the room, and was on level with the rest of the room, so any spill from showering (which happened a LOT with the weird bathtub/shower combo that had a flimsy shield on it to try to prevent spill, but that was leaking) could just flow under the door right into the rest of the room. The door of the bathroom also apparently had water damage at some point, since the inner surface finish of it was peeling off at the bottom. Maybe instead of investing in fancy tablet PCs to be in the room for information and contacting staff, they should have invested in renovating the bathrooms. Other than that, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and public transport was at most 5 walking minutes away."
