"The hotel is outdated and needs investment to improve the stay. The proprietor was welcoming (she unfortunately had very little English and unfortunately our German was very poor too - which made communication more challenging). She got up early to see us off and was helpful when the bed broke as soon as I lay down on it. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable, the single mattresses on the double bed leaned outwards from the centre resulting in a night of perpetual fear of rolling out...

"Wir haben ein Wochenende im Harz verbracht um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk einzulösen. Wir waren mit fünf Personen unterwegs und können uns nur für die tolle Ferienwohnung bedanken. Die Ferienwohnung ist frisch renoviert und besitzt neben neuer Ausstattung auch neue Elektrogeräte in der Küche. Ebenfalls gab es im Garten eine große Grillstelle mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Gerne wieder."
