Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. "We were so impressed with the staff's helpfulness, friendliness and accommodating attitude - we actually wished we had booked a longer stay. Then there is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel that was outstanding, plus the loads of amenities we didn't even get to sample due to our enjoying the slopes in Garmish so much. And we also revelled in the Amazing food + beer and wine. All in all, we felt like royalty staying at our winter palace :)"
