Lovely one night stay here, nice room with comfortable bed. Fantastic view from the balcony, and a lovely breakfast next morning. Nice welcoming and friendly staff. Definitely stay again.

Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient. We were booked into a "Standard Double Room, 1 Double Bed" and our room was very spacious and clean. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a large bread basket with plenty of selection, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit jams from the region as well as a traditional meats and cheese selection you would expect for a German breakfast. Additionally there were a few different types of cereals and yoghurts. Dinner in the restaurant was extremely nice but at a price point slightly higher than in the town, however I would definitely recommend it. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the main town centre and train station, but is in a very quiet location. The area is fantastic for hiking routes. For a nice full day of hiking I would recommend asking at the desk for the walking booklet and following the trails towards Durbach.

Leuk hotel voor 1 of meerdere nachten. Wij hadden een familiekamer en dat betekende dat 2 banken omgezet waren naar bedden. Deze banken waren wel erg hard. De ruimte in de kamer was prima evenals de badkamer. Helaas was er geen airco wat met deze warme dagen (32-35°C) eigenlijk wel nodig is. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de receptioniste gaf ons nog vrijkaartjes voor het gemeente zwembad welke ca 15 minuten lopen is. Al met al een prima verblijf in een 3 sterren hotel.

Hôtel avec une belle vue dégagée sur la forêt noire, le - : notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant qui était assez bruyante... Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Le gros + : beaucoup de départ de randonnées au pied de l'hôtel.
