"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price. "

"It was a great place to stay the only thing I didn’t love was the lack of curtains in the downstairs bathroom facing the shower. However, it doesn’t face the street so someone would have to come on to property to see in so not a big concern. Loved it here and neighbor was adorable. Host was very nice and left an extremely helpful guide. Overall great experience!"

"Easy meet for check in. She took the time to show us about the apartment. Spacious and clean. It is right near a main plaza, so perfect for restaurants and shopping, downside side does make it noisy late at night/early morning. With a kitchen, it would;d be helpful to have either napkins or paper towels. Spotty internet made getting some stuff done a bit slow. Overall good choice."

Lovely stay, close to everything you need

"We were immediately greeted upon entry. The desk clerk was lovely, very helpful with directions around the city. She explained the hotel’s amenities. The room was comfy. The hotel itself smelled wonderful and I ended up purchasing one of their signature room sprays. It is absolutely worth your while to purchase the breakfast-it was fresh and very delicious with a ton of options. We only stayed one night and would absolutely stay again. It was very close to the Notre Dame and tourism office where many tours originate in the mornings."

"Lovely welcome and great information gained to us - very friendly staff indeed and they do really have a busy job catering to everyone’s needs and different languages as well. We had pizza in the evening and it was lovely for a good price. Very close to Europa Park and they have a shuttle bus to it as well."
