There is a very small kitchen, so do not expect to do large gourmet meals, but who wants to do that on vacation anyway? "We had a great time in Bisschofmais, we had possibities for skiiing, not on the Geisskopf but 45 minutes by car at Groser Arber. The house was big enough for all of us and everything we needed was in the house. The living room was rather small but it was okay. I have one suggestion, the hoiuse is to full with stuf you don't need, maybe it is possible to create more space by taking away a part of the decoration. But besides of that, we intend to go back to this house in the future!"

Although the house was a little more remote than we expected, we were able to visit nearby towns and cities easily. The neighbors were very nice. "From the front desk to the waitstaff in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and could communicate with us as we didn’t speak much German. The food was very good at the restaurant and the location was right in the middle of town. If you’re from the states and used to cold A/C you’ll have to let that go and enjoy the “light” A/C. I highly recommend this hotel in Deggendorf."
