"We stayed here to visit friends who live in zweisimmen. The house is a 10 min walk to trains or the ski hill. We loved the skiing. My wife who doesn’t ski made day trips by train to nearby towns. We thought the price was fair. The only minor down side is the step access, 100 up or 120 down. We especially loved a fire at night. Zwieimmen is a jewel of a ski town."

"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

Küche mit allem nötigen Komfort (Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Ofen, Steamer/Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, GWM). Sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliche Vermietung. "

"Fantastisch uitzicht, huisje ligt ruim 500 m boven het dorp. En mooi balkon in de zon. Met de bus vlak voor de deur is het geen probleem om naar het dorp te gaan."

"Irene nous à très bien accueillis dans ce super logement. Un vrai cocon qui dispose d’un bon équipement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au pied des sentiers de randonnée. La terrasse invite à la contemplation après le grand air. Je recommande vivement ! (Un gros plus pour nous que notre chienne ait été acceptée sans soucis, merci!)"

"Beautiful property and views are amazing! Loved the breakfast here and the pool was very clean and nice! The only thing is that there are no air conditioners in the rooms so can be uncomfortable at night. If you keep the windows open then the bugs fly in. It would have been good to have screens on the windows. The pillows were not firm and was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall highly recommended! "

The unpretentiously perfect Hotel Landhaus.

"Settled right in the middle of town and only a minute from the train station, Hotel Landhaus exudes authenticity. It is unpretentious but offers a lovely restaurant with terrace seating suitable from early morning to late post concert hours. My room was spotlessly clean with lovely views of the town and Alpine valley landscape. The bedding is superior - I had the best night’s sleep after the evening’s recital in historic Church Saanen. The staff was responsive, friendly, helpful, welcoming and appreciative. The town of Saanen itself has a middle of summer intimate music festival atmosphere. Turns out the featured recitalist was also staying here. My foray to hear him exceeded expectations on all counts. The perfectly charming Hotel Landhaus played a big part in that. Not to mention the price was right."
