Parking is right outside the door. The 'farm' is set in the village centre. Completely renovated, it boasts several large barns and a large courtyard. Our hosts were delightful. "The most peaceful setting we have ever stayed in with total privacy. The house has all you could need ...both inside and the garden area. Full sun from mid morning to late evening so we could fully enjoy the garden with its sun loungers (with sun brolly for shade) The BBQ was well used with lovely evening meals at the outdoor dining table enjoying the sunsets and then starry skies. "Sehr netter Empfang, wirklich ausreichend Platz, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, ruhig gelegen. Die Eigentümerin gab wertvolle Hinweise zum Wandern und nannte uns ein fußläufig zu erreichendes Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche und netter Bedienung. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der unmittelbaren Nähe."

Nice stay for one night

"Room was nuce, clean, perfect for 2 people. Our room had a small kitchenette with a stovetop burner, small sauce pan, and a few other kitchen supplies. It worked well for breakfast but we opted to go out for supper. Overall the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. And the paid covered parking was acceptable."

"What a find - a hotel in a working convent that used to be a palace! Breakfast nice, dinner excellent. Good choice of wines and beer. Room spotlessly clean, nice size. Grounds beautifully kept. Lovely long walking trails in the woods behind the convent. Plenty of safe parking. Very tranquil, absolutely top class, and at a very fair price. This is the second time I have stayed there, and will do so again. "

"Shabby chic hotel, which kind of fits into the environment. This was the second time we stayed here as it’s a perfect overnight stop for us. Yes it needs updating, bathroom decor late 70s, early 80s but all in all, good value for money. Hotel is in a great location for walking, cycling and hiking."

Adorable little typical Alsatian house, free wifi

"We had a 3 night stay here on the the long drive north from Italy. The 'little house' is just that. Spacious for two, very well equipped and very clean and well presented. Parking is right outside the door. The 'farm' is set in the village centre. Completely renovated, it boasts several large barns and a large courtyard. Our hosts were delightful. A few goodies, including delicious homemade jams for the breakfast baguette. The courtyard and barns are stuffed with old artifacts and the large shady garden is accessible and very pleasant indeed. It's a fascinating place. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful but privacy is ensured. On the edge of the garden is a large platform on a pole with a Storks nest on top! The Stork pair roosted there and it was delightful to watch their antics from the patio. The local area was lovely and the nearby Lalique museum was wonderful. A great property to stay in."
