This is a beautiful resort, but there is a lot of deferred maintenance. Many areas felt like they could be cleaner and better tended to. Food at clubhouse was not very good, nor was the service

The area of Obidos is beautiful however the Royal Obidos resort is in need of some good energy & character. The entire resort felt like liminal space. Overall, everything was just ok - food, staff, rooms, and amenities. It also didn’t help that during our stay the main restaurant was closed.
