Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience.

토카치가와 온천에서 오비히로 투어하면 좋아요~
오비히오시 근교 온천지구에 있는 호텔이예요. 직원들은 친절했고 이용하는데 불편이 없었습니다. 정성 가득한 음식과 넓고 깨끗한 객실, 온천탕까지 모두 좋았어요. 시내 숙박보다 훨씬 여유로운 휴식을 줍니다.

A good stay
Neat and clean, the hot spring is good and the scene outlook from rooms is excellent. The hotel is not luxury but the price is reaasonable.

２食付きでコストパフォーマンスが良かったので申し込みしましたが、夜も朝も食事は満足できました。 中国系の団体客も多くいましたが、特に大声も聞きませんでしたし、マナーのよい団体客でした。

満足だけれど。
旧「かんぽの宿」をリニューアルした施設とのこと、丁寧にリニューアルした様子が伺えます。 部屋は広く、スタッフの方の対応も親切で、古い建物ながらも清掃は行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、リーズナブルな価格相当と感じたのが食事。バイキングではなくお膳での食事は、丁寧に調理していただいている様子が嬉しく、また外国からの旅行客の方がスタンダードな日本のホテル夕食として美味しく食べるぶんには十二分ですが、「十勝ならではの料理」とは感じませんでした。野菜ひと品、漬物ひと切れでも、もし地元のものを使っていたら「これは十勝産です」等と積極的にアピールすることで「十勝川温泉のホテルに泊まった」という満足感は高まるのではないかと思います。 源泉は外部情報ブログによると、ホテル独自の泉源で、十勝川温泉の組合の共同泉源ではない様子。適温で入りやすいお風呂でしたが、十勝ならではのモール感にはやや乏しいのが残念です（個人の印象です）。備え付けのシャンプー、ボディソープは質が良いものでした。

彩凛花ツアーで宿泊しました。
彩凛花を見に屋宿を探していたら、こちらのテトラリゾートがヒットしました。子供二人居たので和室限定でしたが予想より広々とした部屋で家族皆で寝ることができよかったです。

這次住的是和洋式，有榻榻米跟床，很舒服好睡，溫泉也不錯！巴士站就在門口，交通算是方便！如果要去彩凜華，走路要半小時，有點小小不方便！
