We cooked mainly in the lower unit and used the upper unit for sleeping and some board games. Location is great and our gang appreciated the modern appliances. It was the perfect location for us, just off the beach and the end of the boardwalk with easy walking and bike access to the shops and restaurants around town. "This first thing was completely on us and not at all on the host - we missed that there are no linens or towels included with the property rental. So our first night we ran out to get some sheets and towels. It is listed in the description of the property that linens and towels are not included. The laundry on site is easy to access.
