I stay in this hotel several times a year during offseason. It does not have the charm of the old Dunes Mannor Hotel but it is clean and new. The restaurant menu is rather poor and drab and they do not have simple items like chicken wings or any vegetarian options, except for the veggie flatbread which was OK. I haven’t tried their a la carte breakfast. They has some plumbing issues in the bar area and the stanch was bad.

Good location and price. Clean. Air conditioning too loud with a vibrating noise that blows very cold and forceful air across the queen bed near the balcony door. One bed was comfortable but the other not as much. I would go back but would be more aware of issues and would have asked for help if it hadn’t been such s short stay

Excellent location to see the beach from my room as well as getting there in minutes. Went off-season and so no breakfast buffet but can purchase in the resturant. It was not too crouded in Nov. My room was cold one evening and someone came to fix it, right away. Parking wasn't an issue. I will come back.
