Roaches! The rooms were disgusting (dirty, outdated). After we had unpacked, we saw roaches in our room. It was late at night and we asked to switch to another room. They had 1 other room available which was even more disgusting and dirty. Flagship promised us a 1 night refund but we were never able to get it because Expedia was unable to reach the hotel to speak with the manager. Horrible experience all the way around.
Absolutely awful! As soon as we arrived in our room it had horrible scent. I mentioned to the front desk hoping it was handled. It was worst after we came from dinner. The hall ways smelled like weed! We packed up and left!
The staff were friendly and great! The lobby and elevator were a bit worn looking and so was most of the hotel. The room was comfortable and the beds were clean and great.
We had so much room in our suit. It included a huge walk- in closet, complete kitchen and 2 TVs. Our room was close to all pools and parking. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had whatever we needed. It was a wonderful stay.
