we liked the fact that you have access to beach without going onto the street. the hotel is still under remodeling so parking is limited; not enough handicap parking. excellent staff; very polite and attentive. draw back was getting front desk from room.

It was loud on the 2nd floor but the housekeeping staff was very good. Not many food options in January but food was still okay. Rooms are spacious. Elevators are painfully slow

Great location and amenities. Had to change rooms mid-stay due to a mouse in the room. We stayed during off-season so hopefully rooms get a deep cleaning prior to their busy months.

Really liked the newly renovated rooms and that each has a kitchen area with sink, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. I was disappointed to see that in the renovation the hot tub and sauna was removed from the pool area- these were one of the reasons we chose Princess! Now we need to find another OC hotel with those options...

We can't wait to rebook! We had an excellent stay! Everyone was so friendly and we received great service at the bar and at the coffee shop. My only recommendation would be that the coffee shop should stay open longer. They colse at 1pm during our stay. We will be back!
