Ocean Front Condo (2 unit house)! Private beach access and ocean front gazebo. Sleeps 14, 4 bed / 4 Bath: 6 Q Beds, 1 K bed. All bedrooms have private sink and toilet. Two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill shower or tub/shower. The main area has a new 60" TV with Hulu Live and Netflix. 1Gig WiFi to handle all your portable devices. The open concept of the dining area and living room provides a spectacular view of the ocean and has enough sitting area to hold great conversations. Having a separate well stocked kitchen provides space to prepare meals and helps reduce the noise to other parts of the condo. The four bedrooms are spacious and provides a relaxing and peaceful sleeping area. ( Open windows slightly and listen to the ocean waves). The covered porch is excellent space to relax in the shade and watch the ocean and dolphins. You're steps away from the outdoor shower that has seating and foot wash. The first floor unit has fewer steps to the beach and outdoor activities.

This is the first floor of a two level / 2 unit house.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The layout was just as described and perfect for our group. We loved the location right at the beach and enjoyed the beautiful backyard, as well.

We stayed for four nights 9/16-20/2024 and loved this property. The location is ideal, close to the beach. Also just a short drive to many restaurants and shops, including grocery. The layout was perfect with four bedrooms, each with its own bath. There were plenty of towels and the place was very clean. It was a pleasure to stay and I recommend this rental highly!

A group of old friends came to reconnect and had a fabulous time. Mary was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Property exceeded our expectations! Views were amazing of the ocean! Loved the outdoor areas and quiet beaches.

We loved this property and the location. We had six adults and 2 babies and had enough room and amenities for everyone. Really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, etc. since we flew from across the country and could not bring those kinds of things with us. Would definitely come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic. The only thing I wouls improve on would be the kitchen utensils, pots and pans(especially) the frying pans. For some reason I thought there would be another tub/ shower and not just two for the four bedrooms; although having a toilet/sink for each bedroom was great. It was a fantastic place. I would recommend it to anyone, and would certainly stay again.

Very nice home and perfect location to beach. Host was easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure accommodations were perfect. There is a lot of noise from upstairs unit, but it’s just the layout of the home. I will definitely stay again with family.

This was the perfect house for our family getaway with our grown children and baby granddaughter. The bedrooms with their own 1/2 bath was handy for all. It has a clean, comfortable and spacious living area. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the back deck and enjoying the view of the beach. Very easy access to the beach & walk to the city center. It was nice to have the beach chairs and towels available too. Definitely would stay again.
