"My friend and I stayed for three nights on the boat. Mark is very friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed watching the storms on the boat and kayaking around the bay. The boat is most certainly older and has some issues but overall we enjoyed our stay. Make sure to pack lots of mosquito repellent because you will become dinner out in the bay."

"Enjoyable stay & very responsive host. Clean and comfortable tiny home for our family of 4. Kayaks and paddleboards were perfect for mornings and evenings on the water! Tiki hut and gas grill were perfect for time outside… caught mangrove grunts, mangrove snapper, blue crab, and more. Be wary of mosquitoes and jellyfish. Washer and dryer and 1.5 half bath made it so convenient for us!"

"My wife and I had a great time staying on Mark’s boat. The description is accurate, it’s a somewhat “roughing it” stay. This was a great stay, but would definitely be more enjoyable in cooler weather. The AC at night was a life saver, but during the day it was definitely hot. Sitting up top at night, feeling the breeze, hearing the water, and looking at the stars was wonderful though, and worth it. You definitely want some bug spray though.Mark was always quick to respond and help when needed."

"Mario was the perfect host. Upon arrival, he met us at the RV to show us around and to make sure we knew everything about the place and to answer any questions. I had to text him a couple of times and he answered right away. What more could one ask? He was warm, welcoming and professional. "We had the absolute best time here. The views, the wildlife, the seclusion, the location, it was all absolutely perfect. We saw numerous manatees and dolphins and saw the most gorgeous sunrises. It was also perfectly located if you are looking for somewhere that is quiet and secluded, but also near all the great restaurants in Key Largo. We loved it and plan to return next year!"

"First and foremost is the owner and property manager were absolutely wonderful. The best communication I've ever had at a rental. House is stunning, and the views are breath taking. Literally everything was perfect, and we will be back, and we will absolutely stay at this house again. It's the only place I would stay in the Florida Keys.
