It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. "They need to hire an events coordinator. There was very little to do. Organized activities at the pool for adults and kids should take place. A bonafide New Year's party with dancing at the hotel would have been great. Encouraging customer interactions thru shared activities would be wonderful. automatic tip added to everything was abusive. The hotel, rooms, balconies, beach were amazing!"
