As someone who works for one of the most recognizable and known top of the line hotels in the world, i know what luxury and good service looks like. Once you drive into the property you're greeted by beautiful landscaping, then once you walk into the front door you're greeted with a stunning view of the ocean and a beautiful lobby. The bellman are top notch. (Akeem delivered my bags to the room). Rasan and Nicole from the front desk were awesome and extremely helpful. The chef at the jerk hut had a amazing personality, i forgot to get her name but she was short. As a Jamaican, i also know that the buffet food at most all inclusives are usually mediocre, but that's not the case with Moon Palace. Shenoya, Ann-Marie and Giovanni at the buffet were very attentive and helpful. Mr Howard along with the rest of the spa staff were great. The staff at the playroom were friendly and always remembered my daughters name. The beach party was a great time. Michael Jackson impersonator was AWESOME. My 3y/o daughter was always playing with the phone having what i thought was imaginary conversations, until about 2 days in i heard a voice talking back to her, it was Novia the operator, who then graciously enlightened me to the fact that those imaginary conversations were not so imaginary lol. She was incredibly gracious and didn't seem annoyed with the fact that my daughter was calling repeatedly without my knowledge. LOVED THE PROPERTY AND ALL THE AMENITIES! EAT SUNDECK PIZZ

Typical all inclusive. Don’t care for the pressure to buy a membership (similar to a time share). The biggest issue I had was that the pools were ice cold, and I really wanted to swim! The flow rider was also being refurbished and I had no idea at the time I booked. Other than those issues, it was nice.

For an expensive hotel, it shouldn’t take 5 hours to get access to my room. Please train your customer service reps to serve customers better. My first day was terrible and I had to be all over the place for accommodations issues, and making complaints. Messed up my whole vacation. No access to the restaurants except buffet if you’re not there from in the week cause the few restaurants they have are all booked before Friday.

Bottled wine (additional cost) would have been warm if we didn’t preorder before with a super diligent guy called Bruce who got all the bottles on ice for each night. The staff at the Italian were talented and made a special fuss of our daughter on her birthday. The spa would accept our 17 year old for a $200 massage but not allow her into hydrotherapy spa, which I found contradictory. Paid for services accepted, free not. The service staff we highly praised. The majority were friendly and attentive. The loud bar staff were lovely

The resort was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and friendly. My only dislikes where the size of the beds, they seemed a little small and although we went in December and the weather was beautiful the pool water was quite cold. Not sure if anything can be done about that ( heated pools ) but other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay.
