"Friendly service. When judged in relation to the price level versus the overall experience, then it was a perfect calibration. Probably even to the favor of the hotel, i.e. you get value for the money. The location is a bit off the inner centre but you can walk to the Opera in about 15 minutes so it is still a central location. The room was very warm, this was a cold December, I had to turn off the heater. So for people who are afraid of freezing, this hotel is perfect on that account. "

They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs."
