"My wife and I stayed at this property 3 nights while exploring the Oztal area. This flat works great for a couple or a small family because the floor plan separates the two bedrooms from the kitchen/dining room and bathroom. The pictures accurately depict the flat and its condition. The flat is immaculately kept, and furnished well (it's a real home and not a contrived rental space with IKEA wall-to-wall). The kitchen had every conceivable pot/pan/dish that you'd ever need. There are two markets...

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Super Lage. Im Haus gab es eine einfache aber ausreichende Ausstattung. Schön ist die überdachte Terrasse, ausreichend für vier Personen am Tisch sitzend. Etwas schwierig zu handhaben sind die Dachfenster. Für längere Aufenthalte fehlt ein Tiefkühlfach. Alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis"

"Super zentrale Unterkunft - sehr sauber und alles quasi neu."

"Traumhafte Lage mit einem Blick ins Ötztal und Berge. Die Unterkunft liegt auf der Halbhöhe zwischen Oetz und Ochsengarten. Bequem erreichbar mit dem Auto und Bus. Der Bus hält direkt am Garten gegenüber an. Es ist eine sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und stets mit Rat und Tat an ihrer Seite."
