Finally got through via phone call but with limited English getting instructions for accessing the rental was challenging. If we had gotten instructions via messages we could have translated. "We liked staying at Lagrange Hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped so we had breakfast in the Hotel. The only think lacknig was salt and dishsoap. The location was amazing because we could walk to the city center in only 10 minutes and to the trai station in only 5 min. We would recomment staying at Lagrange Hotel. "

"Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, and the area around it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the fact that the parking spaces that the hotel provides are way too small for hybrids and SUVs. Free street parking in that area is almost impossible to find, and the ’payant’ spaces are outrageously expensive"

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price. "
