Pretty good - but low ceilings problem if over 5’8”
The owners do not seem to use the VRBO app messages because we never got any response from them or any check/in instructions. Tried messaging multiple times. Finally got through via phone call but with limited English getting instructions for accessing the rental was challenging. If we had gotten instructions via messages we could have translated. Once inside the rental was very spacious. And the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was good and the beds were comfortable. The low curlings were a problem as my husband hit his head a few times. Top floor apartment with slanted roof so even though you know the ceilings are low, just walking around you can occasionally hit your head. The listing states washer and dryer but there is no dryer, just a clothes rack to hang the clothes. That was disappointing. Other that dryer to the listing was accurate and pictures did depict slanted roof. It was just lower than we expected. The owner was very nice and tried hard to communicate with us as best she could. We used an electronic translator when we could. She was a very nice person. We would recommend this place to others with the cations identified above.

The hosts were very nice. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Small things were missing (extra toilet paper and garbage bags). The rooms can get pretty hot in the summer (it is the highest floor) even when we opened all the windows. It is in the third floor without elevator. Parking wasn’t explained to us and by mistake we parked in someone’s parking. The host wasn’t reachable by text and email before arriving. The checkin instructions wasn’t sent (although we got a mail from Expedia “here are the keys to your” but the mail was without the information. There is a small lock safe near the door and the hosts should send you the safe number. All and all it was a really good, we enjoyed our time there. We had almost everything we needed (another fan would be great.

Wonderful apartment
Agnes has thought of everything in this lovely and perfectly equipped apartment. It was immaculately clean and could not have been any better. The neighbourhood was peaceful, friendly and in a stunning location. We will come back to stay here again. Thankyou Agnes for providing such a lovely apartment and base for our wonderful holiday in Germany.

Wunderschönes Zuhause am Rande des Schwarzwaldes
Unsere Familie war so glücklich, in Offenburg zu bleiben. Die Wohnung war makellos, luftig und sehr einladend. Die Gastgeberin sorgte dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten, und war sehr nett. Die Lage war perfekt – wir konnten für eine Winterwanderung in den Schwarzwald laufen. Great Apartment!
Really pretty and quiet property near vineyards! The apartment was bigger than we thought it would be and was well equipped with all the kitchen items you might need. I especially appreciated that there was a flat iron to use in the bathroom since the airline lost our luggage. Agnes was super kind and friendly and we’d recommend her place to anyone else who wants to explore the Black Forest!

Modern apartment in quiet location
Apartment is large, bright, and fully equipped. Friendly and attentive hosts. Located above the city on the edge of wine yards, with easy access to walking trails. Freiburg, Szwarzwald attractions, Baden Baden, Strasbourg, etc are within an hour drive. Definitely one of the places we would like to come back.

Comfort close to nature
We were a family of 4 young adults visiting for a long weekend. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable with everything you would need to prepare food and clean up afterwards. Agnes was very friendly and helpful. The highlights are: - 1km down the road you can access fantastic trails for cycling, running or walking. This includes two view points - Hohes Horn and Brandeck - where the sunset is incredible. - surrounded by vineyards e.g. the village of Durbach (several options) or Schloss Ortenberg. - less than an hour driving to Strasbourg - less than an hour driving to Baden Baden - very close to the Hochstrasse Schwarzwald with many walking options along it - waterfalls at Triberg - throughout the summer there are often many wine festivals in different towns Would recommend visiting this beautiful region. Car is essential.

Wonderfull apartment with a great location
Apartment itself was very nice, however there were a few obstacles. There was no clothes dryer as mentioned online, and the thing for hanging your washed clothes was fixed to the realing in the stairways, and as there was a smell from the cellar downstairs it wasn't nice to dry your clothes there. Parking was a bit troublesome as there was no reserved parking for the apartment and you had to find you spot in the street.

nous venons de passer une agréable semaine en Allemagne l'appartement et plus grand que ce que j'avais imaginé donc agréablement surprise il ai plutôt bien équipé mise a part le réfrigérateur trop petit et il ai marquer dans l'annonce qu'il y a une sèche linge mais ce n'ai qu'un étendoir dans le couloir les lits sont immense et confortable le stationnement était un peut compliquer en bord de trottoir dans une rue étroite mais tous cela n'ai qu'un détail les visite magnifique au alentour font oublier tous sa

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner Lage
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und liegt am Hang in der Nähe vom Wald. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer - somit Platz für 6 Personen. Geschirr, Gläser und Kochgeschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, so dass man nicht ständig spülen muss (Geschirrspülmaschine ist vorhanden)

Es hat alles gut geklappt
Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern groß und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Unglücklich ist die Baustelle im Kern des Dorfes, daher muss man einen kleinen Umweg fahren.
