"We love our stay at Citadines! Very centrally located, few steps from the metro and just a very short walk to the plaza, cathedral and shopping areas. We were there for the christmas market and we enjoyed how close we were. Our room was beautifully prepared for our stay, very nice and clean with a lovely note to welcome us. The reception people were very helpful with our queries, they were just wonderful even the lady at the breakfast room."

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "Cute cottage close to market and city Tram station. Natalie is friendly and helpful. The 300 year old cottage is cozy and reminiscent of the cottage in the movie the Holiday with all the modern comforts. Some additional lounging seating would be nice, but it met our needs for a short stay."
