Very convenient if you have a car, but staff REALLY does not speak any English. That said, they do really try hard to help! Very friendly.

Terrible service. Hotel refused to supply 2 pillows for 2 guests! Only one pillow for 2 people. The hotel asked for an additional 1,500 yen for one “extra” pillow! Also, refused to check in before 4 pm. Most hotels are 3 pm. Waited one hour in lobby after a long drive. Wifi was also spotty in lobby. And lots of noise from staff in lobby. Also, the hotel charges for parking. Every other hotel in this region gives free parking.

大浴場、朝食バイキング、コーヒ―無料と大満足でした。 フロントの対応もよかったです。 このホテルを含めた周辺は大震災後再建されたのでしょうか。今後の大船渡の発展を祈念致します。 余談ですが、向かいのスーパーで購入した刺身は 大変おいしかったです。

何度も利用させて頂きましたが、スタッフの皆さん親切で、お部屋の掃除も綺麗にされてました。 朝食のお味噌汁が地元の郷土料理で懐かしい味でした。ただ他のメニューが3日間同じだったのはちょっと残念でした
