"Lodge beautifully appointed with gorgeous views over Wicklow mountains. Well equipped and clean. Near lots of lovely visitor attractions. Only problem was inadequate cutlery..mostly not matching and not sufficient cutlery for more than one meal. "

"A comfortable property with some nice touches from the host - like a stock of games and tennis rackets and balls so that we could make use of the tennis courts on the site. Lovely, lifeguarded sandy beach ten minutes walk away and a short drive (15 min) to both Arklow and Wicklow. Lots of great attractions within 30-40 min drive too."

"The location of the property is perfect and it’s a great size with some good facilities. We just found a few cleaning standards were below what we expected and there’s a number of general repairs needed to improve the house. For example we had to get someone out to repair the upstairs toilet as it was loose and the towel rail in the ensuite was hanging off the wall. However, it didn’t ruin our stay and we hope the feedback helps the owners make things perfect for future guests"

"While a few things could use a little updating, everything was very clean and the owners were absolutely fantastic. We checked in late send out early, so we didn’t have time to enjoy the extensive property. It was a quiet, family friendly location, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. Some of the best food we had while in Ireland."

"Unique property that sits adjacent to a charming historical site within easy walking distance. Very peaceful and clean. We stayed in late September, so lack of air conditioning wasn’t an issue. The heat was very comfortable during the night. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was very delicious after reading previous reviews. Would definitely recommend. "
