Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Beautiful Place!
The condo is centrally-located, is well-appointed and has everything you need. Small deck, super comfy bed, Roku tv and spectacular views of the ocean!! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay!
This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides change from the deck. The beach,restaurants and marginal way are all in walking distance. We hope to be back next year!

This unit is lovely with a great view. Immaculate condition and easy to get to everything! Beach, restaurants, shops. At the end of Marginal Way. Park the car and forget it while you are here. Hope to come back here soon and stay in this perfect location

Best place to stay in Ogunquit
The property accurately reflects the listing. We were there for the week of July 4th and had a front row seat to the fireworks from our balcony. The location is perfect; almost equidistant from the beach, downtown and the entrance to marginal way.

Haven in Ogunquit!
This condo unit was clean and meticulously maintained. The sunrises from the deck were spectacular! The location couldn't be beat; walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Andy, the host of this property, answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was very accommodating. I would definitely not hesitate to rent again in the future!
