"This is a great place to stay. It's so quiet, clean comfortable place to stay. It's close to restaurants, Safeway, coffee, you name it. The college is maybe 3-5 mins away, as well. There's a HUGE master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. However, it was just me, so I slept in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the bed was incredibly comfortable! This home is connected to the home next-door. You never hear the neighbors, except, when they come home. You hear their front door close. ...

"We enjoyed our time at the Cascadilla house in CB South. We frequent the CB / Gunnison area once a year and try different VRBOs. This one was very nice. Spacious, even though we did not use the basement level. Very comfortable with great views. We even heard elk bugling at night. The shower has great water pressure. Only complaint was the coffee pot was slow and coffee was not hot. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. "

"This house was great for our family of 10! Great location. We skied everyday and enjoyed CB and the Almont resort restaurant across the street. Fireplaces didn’t work, so that was a bummer. Also, the water heater cannot accommodate 10 showers at a time. Take short showers.. "

"From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Jenny, the manager, is friendly and easy to deal with. She provided helpful and timely information. In fact she checked in to make sure I was getting the emails. Check-in to check out was simple.The place is perfect for a couple (or more on the sofa sleeper). It was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. This a perfect place to stay and visit a kid at the university. I would definitely stay here again when in Gunnison. "

"Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Water bowls, dog bed, and blanket provided for the pup. Plenty of room outside house for playtime for the kids and dog. We brought sleds and had the best time. Communication with Megan was prompt and she is the sweetest host. Very clean, well decorated, and super cozy. Short drive to the slopes, but far enough away to not feel crowded by the hustle and bustle. We cannot say enough good things about this place."

"Our family really enjoyed the layout and setup of this property. Super clean, great access to the Crested Butte resort less than 20 min away, comfortable foam beds, plenty of sleeping options, and great surrounding amenities in the little “village” of CB South. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!"

"We concur with the mostly positive motel reviews submitted previously for this property. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The only demerit noted was the mediocre quality of coffee provided. The free breakfast, which was appreciated, could be considered standard fare for this class of motel. The price point for the lodging compared favorably to the quality of accommodation. The hot tub was in good working order and was considered a nice bonus."
