　フロントの対応と１階にある中華料理店のサービスはとてもよかったです。 　お部屋では隣室のシャワーの音が結構聴こえます。運悪く、お隣が夜遅くにガンガン音をたてて入る方だったのでうるさかったです。そしてお掃除はいまいちでした。 　ただ、スパークリングワイン（おつまみ付き）とコーヒーを１泊あたり１人１杯ずつサービスしていただけます。立体駐車場も隣接しているため便利で、コスパはいいと思いました。

bathroomの換気がとても弱く、シャワー後に蒸気と湿気がずっと在り続けたので、ドライヤーのコンセントを挿すのがとても怖かったです。禁止にした方がいいと思います。 結局ベッドで髪を乾かしました。 換気機能の割にはカビもコーナーにほんの少しで、清掃されるスタッフの方の努力を感じました。 それ以外は快適でした。

お風呂が溢れ出しチョット残念。直ぐに部屋変えをしてもらい係の方の対応も良かったです。気になった所は浴槽に入ると配管が見えるのですがカビなのか黒く見え、そのあたりの清掃をしっかりやればと思いました。

清潔感があるところや、ウェルカムドリンクがあるところはすごく良い。 ただ、団体の学生？部活？の子供たちが夜遅い時間に廊下で大声を出す、部屋に集まって騒ぐ等の騒音がひどかった。 そのせいか、息子は寝付けずでした。 ロビーが値段以上の高級感だったため、残念。
