"Staff are courteous and polite. Very clean room. I booked for a king bed room with balcony, and was given a bigger room with a living room and a small kitchen. We very much appreciate the good surprise. Have stayed in other hotels in Santa Barbara before, and It’s our first time in this hotel, and we will for sure be back. We had a great stay.
