We upgraded to a bigger room with bathtub not realising it wasn’t a jet and had a side patio door so it was really cold Room was big and spacious and cleaners were very attentive Shame that although we gambled no longer any credit off your bill or room tax which we have had before - especially eating and extras like spa and massage charged to our room Would recommend a fountain room with queen beds over the bathtub - the rooms are nicer and quieter as not on the main side road

the lack of more than a couple of working elevators was VERY DISAPPOINTING. We often waited 10 minutes to go up from lobby. And - go down we were relegated to going up to be sure we could get space on an elevator going down. That is CRAZY!!

Shopping and dining seemed limited compared to many other resorts. Very few gluten free options and no guaranteed safe options for celiac. Casino fairly small. Wasn’t a bad experience, just not one we would choose to have twice.

Great hotel, lots to walk around the site. A small distance of walking to the strip but your not slammed in the face right away like other stays. You glide gently into it. Also near downtown Vegas for the oldies and the glamour. Food court can have some variety as I found to be most Asian fusion cuisine?! In all great place. Went with the whole family for new years. Everyone enjoyed
