"The hotel is dated as are the facilities. We made the mistake of selecting a smoking room, so our room smelled like an ashtray. "It's a pretty new hotel, right next to the JR Clement Hotel (Clement and Clement Inn are two different hotel buildings). Ita narrow shape is very recognizable once you stepped out of theTakamatsu Station. There are some shopping and food options right at the station, plus there are plenty of eateries and restaurants around the area. There is a 7-Eleven at the ground floor. A short 10-15 min walk or a couple of bus stations away you will find a few shopping streets and they are all in pretty good shape with some nice stores. One side of the hotel has ocean/port view by the way."

Appreciated amenities and service.

"The amenities and front desk service make this hotel. The public bath, sauna, free snacks, coffee/tea etc. The front desk helped (often in English) with taxis, directions, recommendations and luggage forwarding to another hotel. The room was very small, but manageable."
